Following a unanimous decision at planning committee for this major regeneration project near Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, AWSM are delighted that the scheme has now started on site. The development sees a redundant brownfield area regenerated by a £35m mixed use scheme providing 447 student bed spaces across three blocks together with a further 237 private rented apartments.
