The enterprise park marked the first project undertaken by local community group and formed part of the overall regeneration of the Buttershaw area of Bradford.

The scheme is designed to provide managed workspace for both new and established businesses local to the area.

 

The managed workspace comprises 47 units providing a total of 44,000sq.ft. ranging in size from 250sq.ft. to 2,000sq.ft. providing total flexibility for tenants. The units are laid out around a central hub building of 7,500sq.ft. which offers a common reception area, conference, meeting, training facilities, and crèche.

 

The hub building design incorporates exposed structural steel, an oversailing aluminium roof system and high quality finishes creating a focal point to the park. The workspaces incorporate similar design details providing the units with a high level of security, which is enhanced by security fencing and CCTV.
