The Holiday Inn Express Brand - Several hotels were completed under franchise such as in Leeds where the hotel provides high quality bedroom accommodation without the “frills”, and proved an instant success with business and leisure users alike. The 8-storey 112-bed hotel was completed in under ten months for a cost of £4.5million. Delivered fully finished on a turn-key basis it was ready to start trading immediately upon completion.

 

Other projects include:

 

-    Detailed designed proposals for a 200 bed Howard Johnson Hotel in Piccadilly, Manchester with independent restaurant / bar and high tech        conference facilities.

-    Conversion of a British Telecom office in Birmingham to provide the first Howard Johnson hotel in the UK.

-    A competition winning entry for the conversion and extension of a Grade 1 listed former manor house in the North East of England to create      a 50 bedroom luxury hotel with associated sports and leisure facilities.
