Working in conjunction with our associated heritage consultant an imaginative design proposal was put forward for the conversion of this Grade II water tower in central London into a stunning luxury house.

A contemporary two storey extension provides additional kitchen and living space with a roof top garden. The conversion of the cast iron water tank created a stunning " Prospect Room" with 360 degree views of the capitol.

We were delighted that this project was chosen to feature on the 100th episode of Grand Designs and nominated in the all time top 10 of outstanding projects.
