Provided as a replacement for an existing facility no longer deemed suitable this extra care was designed and constructed without disturbing residents allowing them to stay in their homes until completion.

The scale and massing of the building is broken down in four distinct blocks. A changing roof scape assists further in reducing visual impact allowing what is a large scale building to integrate harmoniously within a mature woodland setting.
