Located adjacent to the highly successful Millennium Village this £ 7milion project delivered over 60 two, three and four bedroom houses. The site, a former railway goods yeard, dictated a linear design solution. A contemporary design approach was adopted and this mixed tenure scheme proved highly successful with strong sales.
